Meet our 2020 presenter - Guy Montgomery

We are stoked to have Guy presenting to you our first ever live event. Here is a little info on him

Guy Montgomery is an award winning stand up comedian and improviser from New Zealand who, in spite of his best efforts, is still tragically best known as one half of the international smash podcast the Worst Idea of All Time.

A stand up comedian in the style of everyone you like, his surreal style of bemoaning the everyday has fast won him praise and awards in his native New Zealand and as far west of New Zealand as Australia. He is a regular fixture at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, the Sydney Comedy Festival and of course at the New Zealand International Comedy Festival where he won the coveted Billy T Award for his debut solo show in 2014. In the years since he has appeared on TV, the radio AND the internet, a genuine triple threat

“Intoxicating, enveloping and absurdly entertaining.”— NZ Herald

the vision feast 2020 event night

Join us for an evening of the most mind melting local and international short films and animations!

It's our 4th incredible year of New Zealand's Vision Feast Film Festival and our very first live event presented by Guy Montgomery!

Now that we're in level 1 its time to feast on the visions. Join us in viewing the best of the best from around the world and locally. We'll have NZ directors and crew presenting their work, and collecting some epic awards. We will be having after party in the CBD - TBD.

We want to recognize filmmakers who have poured blood, sweat and tears into their projects; filmmakers showing an aptitude for creative storytelling fused with technical skills and of course, a stroke of madness.

Join on the 18th of July and feast on the vision. Seats are limited so be in quick
